Where do your items ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Al twar within 5-7 business days , Saturday through Thursday .During holidays, restocks, and new launches, we can experience a small delay.
How long does it take for shipping?
Once order shipped it take 2-3 Business days to deliver on all orders in the UAE!
Within GCC It take 7-10 business days to deliver.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We now offer gift wrapping at an additional cost! Please ensure the gift box and written note are added PRIOR to checkout to ensure your order is packaged in a gift box. Items are neatly packed without branded tissue, and note card with a custom handwritten note (if one is left before checking out).
Can an order be changed?
We are unable to change an order once it's been placed.

Due to the volume of orders we process we cannot cancel an order.

Care & Wash For Our Products
Most of our apparel is made from linen blend cotton and cotton jersey , and we suggest washing them on cold/gentle cycle inside out. Lay flat to dry and iron if needed.
Will the fabric shrink?
No, Everything is pre-washed and fabric doesn’t shrink.
Why do my items fit differently?
In each production, we are constantly making small improvements from our customers' feedback. Measurements of our fabric may be 1-5cm in difference for seam allowance and the natural nature of the delicate fabric. Snaps, zippers, and small details are often improved to ensure the highest quality available in current production standards.
After placing an order, If i want to change my size or add one more item to cart to avoid additional shipping.Am I able adjustment?
- For any adjustment please contact us on Instagram or write us on the chat section .please keep your order number handy.
- Any adjustments should be done within 24hrs of order placement.
- Once Order shipped no adjustments will be considered.
Does company provide size alterations?
No, as we make orders based on our Sizing chart given for reference .
