Return and refund policy

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged  within 3 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 3 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method 
  • All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.

Items Not Eligible For Refund :

  • Returns received after 3 days of the original order delivery date.
  • Changing of mind with your order. 
  • Original shipping charges & fees
  • Promotional items with retail value
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition
  • Clearance Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged


  • Original Method of Payment - You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after your package is received at our returns warehouse. 
  • All returned items will be refunded when they are received.

Damaged Items:

  • Please contact Customer Service prior to returning the item so that way may assist you with your order!
