Return and refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged within 3 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 3 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use ( even one try ) pet dander, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Items Not Eligible For Refund :
- No refund or Returns received after 3 days of the original order delivery date.
- No refund or return on changing of mind with your order.
- No return or refund if Colour is not as expected.
- No return or refund if washed (machine wash or not even hand wash )
- No refund or return on Original shipping charges & fees
- No refund or return on promotional items or custom made orders.
- No Returns or refund on items received in damaged/worn condition.
- No return or refund on Clearance Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
Refunds:
- Original Method of Payment - You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after your package is received at our returns warehouse.
- All returned items will be refunded when they are received.
Damaged Items:
- Please contact Customer Service prior to returning the item so that way We may assist you with the process !
